• –Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level
• -Inspect existing air filter
• -Bearing – inspect for wear and lubricate
• –Inspect indoor coil
• –Condensate Drain – inspect for cracks and rust
• –Refrigerant – monitor for proper operating pressures
• –Safety Devices – inspect for proper operation
• -Electrical Disconnect Box – inspect for proper rating and safe installation
• -Electrical Wiring – inspect and tighten connections
• -Test/inspect contactors for burned, pitted contacts
• -Inspect electrical for exposed wiring
• –Inspect and test capacitors
• -Inspect fan blade
• -Clean condenser coil and remove debris
• -Inspect line set insulation
• -Inspect service valves for proper operation
• -Tamper proof caps – required by the new code
• –Drain line p-trap  – required by the new code

–  Carbon Monoxide  –   test for proper operation

–Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level

– Inspect for combustible material around furnace (3”-6” of clearance)

– Ignition System – test for safe and proper operation

-Exhaust System – test for proper venting

– Safety & Control Circuits – test for proper operation

– Inspect existing air filter

-Inspect Furnace Burner

– Inspect Heat Exchangers

–Inspect and lubricate all moving parts per manufacturer
